Our Client Charter

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and quality of results. As part of our commitment to quality we present our Client Charter, which sets out the standard of service you can expect from us:

  1. Standards compliance. All websites will be designed to be compliant with current standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium.
  2. Search engine optimised design. Where relevant, all websites will be designed from the ground up with search engine optimisation as one of the primary aims.
  3. Suitable hosting. If we provide webserver hosting, we will only offer you services with guaranteed uptime, housed in dedicated datacentre environments, and with specifications suitable for your needs.
  4. Understanding your business. We will learn as much as possible about your business in order to fulfil the requirements of the project efficiently and effectively, and to help you define the project specifications where required.
  5. Client confidentiality. We will respect client confidentiality at all times.
  6. Good communication. We understand the importance of good communication and will respond swiftly to any enquiries or work requests, ensuring that any technical issues are explained clearly and simply.
  7. Agreed price & deliverables. Where possible, we will provide a written quotation for a project and we'll agree the deliverable stages and due dates with you before work starts.
  8. Revision approval. If the project cost needs to be revised for any reason we will discuss this with you at the earliest opportunity to seek your approval.
  9. Regular progress updates. We will keep you regularly updated on project progress.
  10. Evaluate before publication. We will ensure that you have the opportunity to fully test and evaluate all project work prior to publication.
  11. Addressing change requests. We will address all change requests swiftly.
  12. Final invoice. We will not issue our final invoice until you are completely happy with the work carried out.

What if something goes wrong?

Please contact us at the earliest opportunity to discuss any problems. Quite simply, it's not in our interests to have an unhappy customer so we will do whatever is within our power to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

If your project requirements change for any reason we will always do our best to accommodate them as far as reasonably possible.

How do I provide feedback on your services?

We invite all client feedback and use it to provide continuous improvement. Please use our customer feedback form - we welcome all feedback, good or bad!
