Services include fat loss and body transformations, nutrition and diet advice, sports conditioning programmes, FIT4It classes, FIT4IT bootcamps, and a Buzz bar serving juices, protein shakes and coffee.
We provided a WordPress content management system with a responsive visual design suitable for desktop and mobile devices. We also provide training and support in the use of the system for all staff members.
